GSXR, Ninja or R1 which to choose

So, the good thing is that you are going to buy a motorcycle. The bad thing is that you are going to have to choose between the ones you want… and if your choices are between the GSX-R, the R1, and the Ninja, then you do have a tough choice ahead of you. In a way, it really depends on what you want to do with them.

First off, if you are into show bikes, then you will probably want to consider either the R1 or the GSX-R. The reason for this is that both of these have a large number of customizing parts available, unlike the Ninja which does not have as many. As far as performance goes, these bikes are pretty identical, depending upon what size you want.

Another thing to consider is the cost of insurance. Some of these bikes may cost more than others, so make sure to check with your insurance provider before making a choice. You might be surprised in finding out that one is a lot cheaper than the others!

Some say that the GSX-R has better performance than the R-1, but that the R1 makes a better show bike for the simple fact that it has so many after market parts you have the option to load onto it. But at the same time, the GSX-R will look better than a Ninja, while a bigger engine Ninja will probably give you more get up and go power.

Here is what you should probably do. Visit some dealers and look at all three bikes. If you can, test drive them. See what you think about each one. Next, go home and write the upsides and downsides of each on a piece of paper. The fact about all of these bikes is that they are all good bikes, and there is not a bad decision to be made here. You are simply looking for the bike that is better for you, because all of these bikes are of high quality. So, write down the good points and bad points, and after comparing, you will probably have your answer. Whether it is the GSX-R, the R1, or the Ninja, you can be assured that you will probably be glad with the decision you made because you made an informed decision, and got the one you wanted!
