LED lights are used to accent certain parts of motorcycles in a rather trendy way nowadays. Using the latest in LED technology, bike lovers are now using strands of these lights on their motorcycles to highlight certain features, illuminate key curvatures, and to accentuate certain pieces of their bikes in an all new and exciting way. This is generally known as accent lighting, and the possibilities are as diverse as the men and women on the motorcycles! While some go to outline key features of their bikes, others use different colors and schemes to create a theme that causes their bike to stand out. In other words, what you do with LED accent lighting on your motorcycle is really up to your personal tastes and is only governed by your sense of what is cool!
There are many different colors available, some of the most popular colors being orange, red, green, yellow, blue, and purple. Sometimes these colors are used in conjunction with one-another, but more often than not there is only one color used. This color is generally derived form either the primary or secondary color of the bike itself, although this does not have to be the case. So, in other words, consider a blue and black motorcycle. You may wish to light it up with blue LEDs at night, thus accenting the blue features of the bike. Or, suppose you have a bike that is green and red. Fortunately for you these lights are relatively inexpensive, and a hundred dollars (or even less!) will generally be enough to get you into LED business with enough creative options to keep you happy for hours! That is, you will be happy if you like to shop! You will have a lot of choices, but it is always good to stick with your vision of what you want your bike to look like.
